WIP (Works In Progress) is a choreography project co-founded in 2008 by Kelsey Bartman, Robert Poe, Mary Lohr and Andrea Vierra.
The purpose of WIP is to allow young choreographers with a variety of experience to hone their craft in an open and encouraging environment. Choreographers present raw, yet complete works in an intimate setting, using dancers of Texture, other Pittsburgh dance companies, or independent dancers. Enjoy wine, beer, & snacks while mingling with the artists before and after the show!
The choreographers presenting work this year are: Kaela Bartman Kelsey Bartman Krysta Bartman Aaron Bellofatto Hannah Buggy Alexa DeJeet Rickia Davenport Allie Durand Paige Gilson Rachel Harman Madeline Kendall Ryan Nogy Erin Patterson Nicole Rizzitano
There will be two shows, at 7 PM and 9 PM, at Carnegie Stage.
Please join us in celebrating and supporting local choreographers and dancers in this one-of-a-kind dance performance event!
